I agree with you that the company should provide a complete update about what's going on and they could do it via the website which would cost nothing but their time. As far as prs go, you have to admit that a lot of Frank's current problems with investor anger stemm from statements made in prs that didn't materialize, or at least, not according to the time frame originally given. It could be that Frank has gone overboard in the other direction now and has decided to tell investors as little as possible to prevent misstatements in the future.
