Just got off phone with Scottrade again. NSCC (National Securities Clearing Corporation) Illiquid Charges Policy Fee. They said they have to put up too much money to be able to trade this security. Anyone else try with Scottrade besides after 9:09am central?
Might be going to eTrade as this has pissed me off this morning.
