well dude, I would say they have to have that clause, otherwise every church going school marm, with 500 shares of get rich quick would sue them. The minute the market sours for whatever sevice or widget that company makes or provides. They would be open to a suit.

They would never be able to make a decision for fear of being sued by some lazyboy shareholder that can make it better or market it better, or design it better.. lol

So I think the glass is half full and its more fortunate we have that clause.
