As for Moody's statement from yesterday, what they write about 65nm for the end of this year makes clear to everybody in the industry the statement is obviously published in a hurry - and written by someone who does not have any grip at all of AMDs current business. Dont know how many stock-people realize that, but these guys often have an instinct what is going on without sound knowledge of operational details.
Q2 already CF-positive seems very optimistic in my model, but not completely impossible. (EBITDA-positive for current quarter should be feasable though). If AMD bleeds a lil bit more I see no reason for lower stockprice as long as the CF-trend is intact.
As for Q3 and forward, we will have consolidated figures including FASL, adding some positive impact on the balance sheet if Flash-business continues to improve, which is highly probable due to increasing volume coming from Austin-ramping capacities. K.
