I'm not sure where you saw that the CEO and two others bought shares. In FACT, they (CEO and several insiders) sold the majority of their shares around the peek PPS. This was all orchestrated on GALE's part when they hired the Dreamteam to write several articles about the company to get people to buy. No reputable company does that, then leaves their shareholders high and dry, hence the NUMEROUS upon NUMEROUS lawsuits in to Fraud.

Looking at the Charts there is nothing seen north of $4, you may still get to ride the pops here and there, but eventually I see it testing the below bar of $3. GLTA
