All boards speculate -- some of that speculation is unfounded but here a good portion of it is grounded in the facts as they have been presented, and through some very good research and analysis. Posters and shareholders are extrapolating based on potential future events as well as comparative analysis in the space (i.e., FIT*, DEW*, etc.).
There is nothing wrong with benchmarking and forecasting -- that should be part of all traders' repertoires.
