This is all the more reason why Bill's continued strong presence in putting himself out there subsequent to his FB comments you posted here, is evidence that he has no qualms about remaining staunchly public and transarent to his shareholders throughout this process of achieving the license procurement.

Don't kid yourself - scammers/conmen just LOVE to be in the public eye. Rufus Paul Harris comes to mind - and he is sitting in prison right now.

The only way to prove he is really transparent is to start reporting to the SEC and file audited financials. all of this other stuff is a bunch of hotair. and yes he has said he will - but until he does it is all talk and no action.
