So exactly how did PRPM "acquire" Vortex, Kolbe and other assets if not by bartering shares or with IOU's? Surely you don't expect me to believe Eddie Vakser parted with any of his precious cash (and it's all "his"). THAT, IMO, is a major reason why billions of new shares were needed.

FYI there are plenty of other ways to run a scam...including "bartering" blocks of shares to acquire companies or recruit individuals with impressive resume's for use as window dressing in an elaborate pump and dump scheme. There's nothing new under the sun. Just the same old recycled scams perpetrated to rob the ignorant and gullible.
