"we are NOT selling any stock"??? FYI there are plenty of other ways to run a scam...including "bartering" blocks of shares to acquire companies or recruit individuals with impressive resume's for use as window dressing in an elaborate pump and dump scheme. There's nothing new under the sun. Just the same old recycled scams perpetrated to rob the ignorant and gullible.
