You should really acquaint yourself with the statistics of OTC suspensions. They are about as devastating as you can get.

There will be no merger...for a variety of reasons not the least of which is FINRA would not approve it since the stock has been suspended by the SEC.

As for a MM...there is no way they take on the risk of a company suspended and under investigation by the SEC.
