Here is what my broker says to explain the "mystery": "The security may be changing value (...) because the bid and ask are changing. Even though trading for this security has been restricted there could be market makers that had orders in that could change what you are seeing." Well, market makers are finding something to sell on this pos... but not all brokers believe them.
