Easy... MR has a large following. The chart was obviously ready for a large move if you know how to read a chart. So it's no surprise that MR front loads and then pumps the break as its technically blue sky. Your not buying on the way up yor selling on the way up. This play was working beautifully on its own and had no need for your involvement.
