Do you know anything about trademarks? Or do you just randomly guess stuff? Either way you are wrong.
They would never have had to submit those pics for trademark purposes. They would have had to have submitted their logo....they didn't need the fake can or fake lip balm for that. Only the logo was required.
So, I can assume I will be able to find this logo in the TARR database?
Furthermore, the picture you provided shows what I can assume is sample products as there is no trademark icons and the label placement is off. Kudos to them for making samples...let's get it to the next level. I would like to see the stock take off, as I think most of us would...doesn't not change the fact that someone has to call out the parts that dubious.
