Looks like a technical move today pushing PHOT higher. The chart really does look primed to explode higher.
I know there are fair arguments to be made about OTC stocks and techs not working well. That being said, PHOT has historically traded very nicely on a technical level. If Monkey showed us anything, it's that this is true.
