The MMs or mofo in charge of the MMs/brokers doing this kind of manipulation will face at least 10 yrs. together with Madoff~ Wait until QASP releases some goodies! =) The 100 shares bid whack also with other kind of PPS manipulation is 100% illegal! not 99% not 98%!
