I have been watching GRPN as well. But still on the fence about most of the whole scenario. It still has large Institution and insider holding, but insiders are selling in large lots on a regular basis.

Your call option makes sense because the major holders, even if they are selling will want the SP up. My concern is if they keep creating enough selling pressure to stop a decent move up.
