Jack,

I hold YA in contempt, but I've no idea what Laura has or has not done in an attempt to revitalize the company and the shareholders. Each and every CEO after the failed acquisitions, has remained completely silent. Therefore, I feel it difficult to believe this is all Laura's doing. Instead, I consider the vast silence as an unfortunate means due to the mechanics of the YA funding as well as NDA agreements.

However, I've no idea whatsoever, as to whether the above thoughts are valid. They are simply thoughts that "I" feel make sense...and thus far I apparently have been far off the mark.
