The filings are coming in 'stages' as I said they would be. So far it looks like the 3 stages are:

1. The annual reports. They should reveal where the shareholders' funds were spent.
2. The current report will state the intentions by the company's principal shareholders in respect of the company's direction in the future.
3. The joint offering (PP) by the Hudson and Grande group of companies should be released next.

Please keep in mind that there is MUCH more unfolding. And OTHER reports will come out periodically. As I mentioned there could be the purchase of some exciting NEW companies. Companies in the MARIJUANA 'field' from what I have heard.
