I've little doubt that an approval from the BK judge in Colorado would be accretive to shareholders.

However, in my experience, these decisions can take hours OR months and no shareholder would deny that a timeframe would be appreciated.

It is reckless to release partial information and if any form of an NDA is involved then let shareholders know they can't disclose potential "next hearing" dates, despite their material nature to shareholders, because of NDA's.
