Get a margin account with a broker who 'promises' not to borrow your shares and do away with the 3-day settlement rule.

I've accumulated enough shares now in order take some of ole Detearing's advice -- I've got a sell order in for a few fluff shares; so I can build up a "fluff pile". I'm still at the mercy of the 3-day settlement rule however so I have to be safe (don't want to miss any major rallies).
