Talked to Customer Service last night

on a problem with my daughter's Treo 10. I was told that there will be a firmware update in several weeks that will address the slow boot time of the O 1000 and will add ID3 tags.

They also said that they should not be running out of O 1000s anymore. Problem with past shipments has been that over 1/3 were pre-sold as backorders. Amount of shipments is also now greater in number of units.
