Tenderloin - IMO the most important things we need to do in order to compete successfully with the iPod is to downsize our unit, make it both Mac and PC compatable, and add ID3 tag support. I have no idea if these or other changes are being made, but with our limited budget my guess is it won't happen anytime soon.

Oops... did I say "soon"? Uh oh.....
