The price might be cheaper,
but you still have to wipe down the room first, tape the room, give it 60 minutes of treatment and get the same 66% decrease in C Diff as you get with the Xenex system (except with Xenex you need to be within 4 feet of the UV emitting bulb).

MZEI is far superior to either method above.

I prefer 100%.........................NOT 66%.
