Merg Thoughts: I own both SKTO and AEGY at a ratio of 66/100. on this merger this is my questions to the collective? SKTO Info 362 Million shares OS from IHUB/SKTO. AEGY Info 2.6 Billion shares OS From Scottrade.
Question: based on a fictional ownership of 1% of each company will I end up with 1% of the new company "C"?
Area of thoughts... SKTO company A and AEGY Company B based on a 30 day weighted average I will assume "A" averages .10 PPS and "B" .05 PPS... Then A net worth = 362,000,000 X .10 = 3.62 million not counting 100 million shares in divy. Company "B" using the same math would equal 13.3 million or about 4 times the Company A value and "A" would get an additional .676 million in divy so A is worth about 4.3 million...
"A" = 4.3 million "B" = 13.3 million total 17.6 million SOOO... 1. Do I get stock in company "C" worth $176,000 dollars? OR 2. Do I get stock in Company "C" worth 66% of 4.3 million times .01 plus 100% of 13.3 million times .01?
Your thoughts are needed, AND HOPE MY MATH IS NOT OFF TO FAR to prevent or assist the shorting of one company to buy the other company factoring in of course a long term tax of 15% or short term tax of 35% for stock holders not in a retirement fund.
