That's the reason I'd said I'd take a pass, It looks pretty bad if you don't know anything about the company and what it means to them. It could be nothing and then again they could have everything riding on it. It appears you are better informed then I am so if you think it's overdone then maybe it's a good play. One think for sure is I love this pattern. If it confirms tomorrow it may be a different story.
