So am I understanding that 15,000,000,000 shares are going to be on the open market if its approved by share holders..?? That seems a bit outrageous to me as that is over 10X's the amount of diluted shares to date..?? I am not one to bash PEII but if this is the case him and his executive officers deserve what they get..!! In fact I have a few ideas up my sleeve if this share amount is authorized..!!! I will make Naz and Swimom look like pumpers by the time I have had my way with management.. Every skeleton in this executive boards closet will be exposed not only on a business level, but on a personal one too.. I am sorry but this is really eating away at me.. If this amount of shares is approved I will look for any and everything I can to disembowel management credibility on a personal and professional level..!! Once again I hope this isn't the case and anyone who has any constructive info. or opinions please share your thoughts.!!
