never is a long time. However, it has been my experience with companies with operations in Africa that things run on a different schedule. And, the schedule posted in the last PR was very aggressive, even for a stateside company (I have been involved with many stateside junior mining companies and they certainly could not have stuck to that schedule). Remember, Sunergy is trying to do this on the cheap so as to avoid further dilution. (That is what we shareholders want, right?) So, when challenges arise that normally can be avoided with additional upfront capital, we must take the hit. That is life in junior mining operations in Africa.

Obviously, I would rather see an update yesterday. I want lots of things. But, business takes time. And, given the current state of gold prices and the lack of investment in exploration companies, we really don't have much of a choice.

I guess one of the main reasons I am okay with this has to do with being here with SNEY for the past 5 years. A few weeks delay on an update of operations is a drop in the bucket if you consider they are actually 4 years late on starting operations. As I said $hit happens to jr miners in Africa. At least this time we have what appears to be a promising crew, captain and CEO. I am hopeful that the delays are not longer than just a few weeks.
