It's amazing how things get spun here.

I distinctly remember that at the time of the N filing deadline, Donnell told some enquiring that she was working feverishly to get the paper work done to turn it in, but then the Q BOD (meaning JC's lackies) told her she couldn't do it.

So what is the truth?

I strongly suggest that those putting larger sums of money here exercise appropriate caution, as there is NO guarantee that Joe is gone, and that he hasn't put in a debt conversion when the bid was .0001 and doubled the OS again once that conversion is honored.
