I had etrade but recently transfered over...not a fan. From my understanding most major brokerages participate in DTC (including both etrade and tdameritrade) therefore the chill should affect most people? No? Would really like to know because I've traded pennies on both etrade and td ameritrade and have never run into this problem until today
