BS! the suit was because the ex CEO jeff D and others conspired to take out QASP and they LOST!! no promoting needed, it was a matter of LAW! and it was not a wast it SAVED the company, period!! and all those that tried to take down QASP have paid a nice price as NHSH sits on a shelf.
And as for that 1.7 mm MS owes, dont think for a moment that that is not being dealt with. the management of QASP does not forget as many should know so in saying that I believe that will be addressed sooner that most would want.
the real value here is that now they have all the crooks out of the picture and a real opportunity can be pursued. there is no place but up for this company!!
