If you read the latest update, this is a possible spin off of mining interest and a dividend play. The company is leaning toward a business consulting direction. Also, a R/S looms large. The emphasis on the balance sheet and the word "restructuring" lends credence to that possibility.
We should be getting some sort of monthly update soon. That is my speculation anyway. Is someone front loading in anticipation of this or is a promo in the works. Whatever, looks like we may see a run here. Lot of these lotto plays popping lately.
