You don't understand what exclusive distribution rights mean. Let me educate you since it is very simple. SKTO signed an agreement with Monarch Vapes as their exclusive distributor in lets say North America. They purchase the goods from the manufacturer at a "Distributor Cost". They can then sell to wholesale resellers or the customer direct. You with me so far? That means SKTO makes money off of any Monarch Vapes sold no matter who sells them. This is simple business 101.
