I doubt it. Other things being equal a split of any kind does not change the value of the company so why would any reward be based on a change in stock price as a result of a split? If that were so then we should expect a principal's salary to drop after a forward split. That would be absurd, right. Same with a reverse split.

However, if a principal were to be rewarded for taking the company from a minor exchange to the NYSE Mkt that would be a different matter, and something that I, as a stockholder, would be happy to see rewarded.

And, to move to the NYSE Mkt a reverse split was one of many requirements. So, if there was a reward (and I can't remember the detail) it would be because of the uplisting not because of a change in the stock price.
