FRESH NEWS!!!!---NNVC ACCUSED OF LYING AND SLANDER:
"Yidam also disagrees with NNVC’s response to the article in question. It would appear that, in one breath, NNVC condemns what it alleges to be slander in the article, and in the next breath engages in the very same conduct against Yidam and its management.
Further, NNVC’s response contains several material misrepresentation of facts concerning the pending litigation. These lawsuits are pending in Nevada and Colorado. The action filed by Yidam against Nanoviricides in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada has not been dismissed. Rather, the Nevada court determined that it only had jurisdiction over certain claims and dismissed other claims in order for Yidam to pursue them in another jurisdiction. The remainder of the Nevada action is ongoing and is set for trial on October 6, 2014. The claims dismissed from the Nevada action have been re-filed in the United States District Court in Denver, Colorado. No claims have been dismissed in that case. Nanoviricides has challenged the Colorado federal court’s jurisdiction. No ruling has been issued on this issue. Should that court determine that it does not possess jurisdiction, Yidam will re-file the action in another court of competent jurisdiction. These facts are a matter of public record that anyone can verify for themselves. It is Yidam’s opinion that none of the statements made by Nanoviricides accurately describe the status of the litigation or the merits of Yidam’s claims.
Further, Nanoviricides makes a point that "Noteworthy is that the Plaintiff's attorney has asked the Colorado court to withdraw from the case." Yet they fail to mention the reason. Yidam's Colorado attorney has been hospitalized for some time now and has recently been told he may be dying.
If Nanoviricides wishes to restore its credibility after this incident, it should refrain from involving itself in slanderous statements and misrepresentation of publicly available facts. The same behavior it claims to be "outraged" about when directed at it."
