Im not sure of exactly how the milestones work for the deal with Viopharma, but Im pretty sure Intellect won't receive 120 million after phase 2. I believe the 120 million number is the total of milestone payments to be made to Intellect if OX1 makes it passed phase 3 and the FDA approves it for the treatment for FA. I don't believe there will be a milestone payment after Phase 1b is completed, there probably will be a milestone after a positive phase 2 trial, but that is years away. I believe that the bulk of the 120 million in milestones would be paid when and if OX1 was approved for the treatment of FA.
