The share structure information that I have provided in the Intro Page is according to the most recent Jacobs Securities Report on 2/12/14 for ANY, courtesy of JB3729. The float is 40% of the O/S. The potential exercise of the 4.5 million warrants by Dec '14 is factored into those numbers.
The previous JS Report (1/22/14) stated an even lower 21,438,000 O/S for ANY with a 40% float, which would indicate a float of 8,575,200.
Either way, it is ridiculously low. If the float is locked up and material news hits, a buying squeeze could occur that could result in a string of 10-15% gain days.
