I have been in non-stop mode helping from the outside. My soul hurts by seeing all the horrors, this is the most documented case of human rights violations ever, everybody inside has a phone with a camera.

I still hope that this “turns” into something good…the fact that the increase in shares is radically lower and so is the split ratio gives me hope that maybe this time there is some variable already in the table we have not been made aware of that make the numbers “fit”.
About eliminating the par value I remember long time ago when I digged into the subject that there is some big tax implication in doing so. I did not pay much attention to it at the time, just giving a hint for anyone with the time to research into it as maybe there is more to it than just painting that repeating pattern of the endless black hole of dilution.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello and wish ALL the best of lucks.
