not necessarily,when a company is seen to be playing around,perhaps in the companies mind,teasing the public,it is not seen that way,for example,this company's little daily 100 share manipulation of share price done multiple times a day......this company might think it's got what it takes to deliver,but I can guarantee one thing.no matter how good you think your upcoming news is,expect oh hum who cares,after next week,it won't matter,your PPS will not rise,well maybe you don't really care about that.some people actualy believe that company's do.
