I have a tough time making any decisions here after I didn't sell into the runs to .36 and .12 the first time. Instead I bought more shares....
This time, though, we have validity on our patents. We also have 4 other defendants who just saw the big dog Walgreens fall to MMRF. Will the others follow?
Will the 250+ letters that were sent out on patent infringement start finally now coming back with acceptance to the patents?
Lorsch has been in talks with 5 of the biggest 10 EMR vendors. Will they now start taking MMRF seriously and sign a deal?
Lorsch made his last company into a billion dollars by taking over other companies. Will he make a move similar to this again now that MMRF will finally have cash?
Will this deal get rid of the Dutchess financing enabling MMRF to really start to move up?
Remember 2014 was a big year for Stage II.....will we now get some deals?
Can MMRF move in China now? They have a 50 year agreement with UNIS. With cash can they now integrate and start to produce revenues there quicker?
Does MMRF on TV mean something? Did Fran Drescher get signed on days before the settlement for a reason. Will we start seeing MMRF commercials on mainstream television? Lorsch does have all major network TV connections.
I mean you can do whatever you want with your order, but I would hold on to some shares just incase Bob does surprise and do some amazing things.
He has been hated for way too long and he ended up pulling a rabbit out of a hat by getting Walgreens on board. You would think he would sign a smaller licensing deal and work his way up.....nope.
I still hope we get serious $$$$ as we should deserve it. If we do this HAS to move back to the .20 - .30 levels. If MMRF follows this deal up with other big ones and we break the .36 resistance then its on our way to dollarland. I see this WAG deal as bait to make other difficult deals much easier.
