penny, thank you for this. It confirms who the bad guy was. Panik gave back his 3,000,000 shares of DFMI when he apparently saw Simpson duping all other investors. DFMI owned the codec yet Simpson and Haskins sold it to TMMI in 2012. That has to be hard to explain
