Being it didn't get filled, that is positive for a possible run. Why not 30,000,000 on the BID. So I don't have to buy them. (LOL) 
I've dumped more than twice that into this stock, but at much higher prices. 8-0 I've got over 362 million shares pre RS. (LOL) 3.6 billion pre-RS would be today's BID at 3 mil. If we run and go up GREAT. If they mention an RS I'm OUT!!!
