Most of those trades, almost all of them, were on the bid as of the close of trading at 10:00 and properly reported after-hours per regulations. They were traded below the close price of 3. So what, doesn't matter, the price at the eod may well have been the reported eod of 3.

My point is, I don't see how one can call a bid priced trade or an ask priced trade is a buy or a sale. It is both, but which direction did the pps go....and there lies the answer to the real issue is movement. gl
