IMO, that's exactly what happened. The day this came off of zero bid, so did a number of other stocks...even after being zero bid for years. Telogis is not affiliated with RMTD, they acquired their assets only. Telogis has already made known that they may go the IPO route later this year. That makes sense, come out clean and sell shares of commons via their agent(s). If Telogis wanted to R/M with RMTD, they would have acquired RMTD instead of their assets.
Even if they had decided to R/M, with 29.3 billion shares outstanding...the merger would have included a R/S that would have left common shareholders with virtually nothing.
