it is amazing isn't it. funny, how when news comes out (like signing of lease ) some people disappear and yet show up when the stock moves down and do everything they can ( including obscure,
less than factual information) to try to influence the price.

holding here and have total confidence that we will have many restaurants opened in the near future.
