There are not many shares available at this price and with low volume market makers won't push it up till they get the shares they want. This is easy to do in most pinks bc they dilute the piss out of their shareholders.
As you know the disclosure of "triggering events" can dramatically change this especially with a security so well capitalized. Imo the price is right for the limited disclosure policy but this has to change one way or another bc management is not recklessly diluting the stock.
Unfortunately raising capital in this economy is not easy so who knows what s going on. Management is not dumb and can always spend the $$$ on a promotion and bail. I hope it works out but I'd be happy with a more liquid stock to trade.
