i read the SEC filing through my DD and i also saw the box checked for rule Rule 12h-3(b)(1)(i), which basically states that at any time Remote Dynamics can withdraw the Form 15: catch up on forms/filings with SEC "If the certification on Form 15 is subsequently withdrawn or denied, the issuer shall, within 60 days, file with the Commission all reports which would have been required if such certification had not been filed." http://www.law.uc.edu/sites/default/files/CCL/34ActRls/rule12h-3.html
whether or not this is occurring...we don't know...but it is possible...
