ZYOUNG, Although there could be many shareholders who will not sell, possibly totaling 20 to 40 Million shares, many shareholders who initially sold, buy back in at what they consider a low price and when it starts dropping from there they panic and sell out as to not lose any more profit or otherwise. So you have a revolving 50 to 60 Million shares that can cause a substantial decline in the PPS.
At the same time we need those guys. LOL.

That's what I was thinking too. I'm really surprised the PPS is down to this level...
