...negative, public 'shells' are available to anyone, anywhere...it doesn't necessarily have to be Telogis..anyone can buy a shell with it's shares...for all we know, one of these could be RMTD..could also not be..

...all we know is alot of shares mysteriously started moving...which could represent a RM or something...
