25% profit is unrealistic for commodity bulk pellet production. More like 8-10%, which still isn't bad. The answer to the question, regarding what the upside is, really rests on how many more shares will be issued. Will it be 10%, 20%, more? Being financed through a bond issue really is a sweet deal, hopefully they will be able to make everything come together without much dilution.
