If you use Frank's MO as a barometer, he could have very well "stiffed" Planet Out, ala Girl Friend magazine! This is just my opinion, but I don't believe that QTN has a whole lot to offer to a potential buyer, unless one was looking for a financial disaster to have some write-offs.
